Need rooms with ensuites. Dont like sharing. Healthy breakfast which was great

Very clean house. But very difficult to find. Parking facilities are limited. Booked originally because it's advertised as having a spa facilities with hot tub and sauna only to find out they have neither of these I can't even see where these would possibly fit anyway as it is a small house. All we knew that there were 2 massage beds on the 3rd floor. So what spa facilities there are I don't know. I suppose if you don't mind not having privacy your ok as the host is always there either in the kitchen it cinema room. Which is just a living room with a large screen. No tea or coffee facilities. I find it's just being in someone's home with a few nice lighting effects. So all in all very disappointed .

The house itself and bedrooms were lovely and very close to town but the owner Pete had a lady friend around so we couldn't use the cinema room. He didn't leave all night and was still there at midnight and at 3am early hours when we arrived home. Even making a cup of tea proved difficult as he was always around and pressured us ladies into having a massage because 'he can do things others dont' this seemed a little odd to us and at breakfast there was a very rude remark made to two of the ladies in our group which made us feel very uncomfortable and left.

Good place to stay for a relaxing time away. Peter, the host can provide massage to ease aches and pains and he also provides a very good breakfast in the morning. He is chatty and caring and will talk about almost anything including the meaning of life

I'm a globetrotter and my experience at the retreat was world class in every respect. The setting is stunning with a backdrop of the Brecon Beacons and the retreat is immaculate in every way from the fantastic decor to the personal touches. Pete is the ultimate host and the massage had me both exhilarated and deeply relaxed at the same time. Every minute touch had me buzzing. Add to that the many hours of incredible conversation about life, the universe and everything and you will understand why this was a very special time. I understand why people travel from across the globe. Thanks Pete for helping me take off my "pause" button and feel "me" again.Synergy massage retreat....it is exactly that. I feel renewed.
