A peacefull site with easy access to Brecon and the Beacons Could do with the pitches being hardstanding which would enable it to be an all year site
Very helpful and friendly staff, happy to help with requests. The site is very interesting, located on a disused railway station.
Really time this place had toilets but nice quiet park.
A basic site without toilets and showers, but very well run, cheap, clean, pretty and well protected from winds if you go in the winter. We were there in the heatwave and the trees were appreciated for their shade.This was a railway station many moons ago so is long and thin, which makes the plots seem more private. However do NOT choose pitches 1 or 2. Pitch 2 would be OK if they didn't use pitch 1 which is only big enough to park a small motorhome on. We were OK for the first few days but when they put someone on that, they are right outside our windows. Absolutely no privacy and really quite embarrassing as you can't help hearing every word that is said. If they sit outside, you have to be careful opening your windows or you'd take their heads off!!
Aberbran is a cosy little site with dog walk. It's ideal for a peaceful weekend break. We come here often with our two dogs xx
