Great shop, we hired a bike to do the Long Gap. Keith encouraged us to try his adapted route which was perfect, he even shared a laminated map and top tips to make sure we didn't get lost. The last 3 miles of downhill was stunning. (And the bike was ace too).
Took a bike with a very twisted wheel to this repair shop today. The owner couldn't have been more helpful. He sorted all the problems out while we had a coffee next door. Brilliant service. Big thank you.
Tried to go for a cycle in Brecon last Sunday morning and discovered my back brake was broken. Took it here and Keith fixed it for me within 15 mins. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful - he also gave me and my boyfriend advice on a good shorter cycle we could do instead. Great service, thank you very much :) Looks to be a nice cafe next door too if your bike needs a longer looking at!
Stopped off at the cafe next to this great independent bike shop today. Noticed one of the bolts from my clip-in had fallen out and the owner sorted my shoes out free of charge. Great service and wasnt any bother. Fantastic to have these independent stores still around in the UK. Thanks again for getting me back on the road safely
