I was really dissapointed at this service, Im usually one to support small bike shops in the modern world where it struggles to compete with online stores. However, the staff here were really unsupporting, unfriendly and ignorant.In future, id rather drive further to go to a competing store where one could at least give a smile or a thankyou for their custom. Not a good store by any means, go elsewhere.
Very helpful spot. I needed spare tubes and the chap helped me get the right ones and lent me the pump. Also asked him about routes around and he told me a few good ones. Great place to stop by if youre cycling national route 8.
Called in today while visiting Brecon, great small bike shop, even found a Fat Bike tyre there ready for when mine needs changing. They guys both seemed very helpful too. If it wasnt so far from home Id take my bike there for repairs.
