As my husband has previous said in a review while on holiday we needed to see a vet for Della. The lady on reception was extremely helpful and we were able to see the vet within five minutes. Staff we lovely and made us feel welcome. Thank you for seeing us and being so helpful Stacey and Andy
My wife and I were on holiday with our little furry friends (Bichon Frise twins Della + Dee ) , when one of them needed to see the vet and abbey vets was our first port of call. The staff were fantasticly helpful on reception , the vetinary Dr Amanda saw us straight away and was superbly professional and extremely friendly. Excellent vets. We have dogs 9 yrs & 5 yrs and have been going here for about 4 years, I can honestly say the staff are amazing. Unlike the other reviewer the lady with the strong welsh accent is our favourite :-) she makes a real fuss of the dogs and they absolutely love her.
Both Brecon and Abergavenny are fantastic with our Cats and Dogs! High recommend and fantastic team of staff.
The receptionist, a strong Welsh speaking lady has no people skills and is abrupt. We had our dog as a pup microchipped there, to find out that one day he got out from the house premises to be scanned by another veterinary centre just below our house, to find out the chip contained no information regarding the owner of the dog
