Fantastic accommodation service, so many great places to stay in the heart of the Brecon countryside. First class.
We have booked with this company for a few years. We booked in May for the Hay festival the next year a year ahead as its busy at this time and wanted to get a nice good value cottage and paid a deposit. A few months later we were contacted to say the cottage was no longer available. By then there were few cottages left for that time and much more expensive. The company did not seem concerned or offer any compensation. I was surprised at the level of service for a regular customers.
