Absolutely awful Would not recommend this establishment at all. My first visit was for a Christmas party for work the food took ages to arrive we had no vegetables the service was awful we were offered a free shot I don't drink shots I inform the way through this and was told tough. There was no apology made and I really was appalled with the service by the waiter in charge of our table. This meal was nearly 40 per head and it really was not worth 10 to say I was disappointed is an understatement
Stayed for a wedding. Nothing to much trouble for staff. Beautiful building, stunning location. Friendly warm atmosphere good service good food.
Great hotel with great views all around. Amazing bug room with very comfortable beds. The library is amazing now that it set for Christmas and the fire is on!! So nice and comfortable
This place is magical. I highly recommend to stay here and the staff were excellent. Favourite spot was the library with the fire. Drinks and food superb and can't wait to come back.
