Overpriced !!!
Bought a beautiful jacket from this store as a present for my daughter, but as my wife had already bought my daughter a coat on the weekend, I returned to store 5 minutes after the purchase to explain and ask for a refund.Following this , I was looked blankly at , and asks "AND" I replied "Sorry can i have a refund please" sales person "no we don't do refunds"I explained "shouldn't you have told me this before sale" she replied "shouldnt you have asked" "plus its on your receipt. (This it was not) she the replied with "well we have new tickets that do say no refunds, but not this one"" followed by go Google your customer rights on returns" Absolutely disgusting service, this is the first time I've ever been spoken too like this or been refused a return.Finally no signage on display either stating no returns.WARNING- no refunds accepted in this store and be prepared to be treated like garbage on request.
