Loved the tomato soup here and asked for a cheese sandwich ! Really well done! Wonderful lunch. A bit late in serving. Very close to the lake so perfect if you'd want to stop for a bite. Looks like it's for the localities but that's wonderful in getting the local feel and hearing the English accent which is wonderful! There is parking here.
We had a lovely stay at the Red Lion this weekend. The ensuite room was clean, comfortable and we slept well, but lacked WiFi, which I would have expected for the price. We dealt with Stacey during our stay, who was polite, charming, hard working and made us two amazing breakfasts to set us up for the day.
Love the place great vibes staff are always welcoming and polite I can never say anything bad about The Red Lion and I would recommend if anyone is in town and want a great time come here
Nice pub with good food. Veggie burger was tasty. Portions are decent and money isn't too bad. Good range of drinks.
